The original layout should stay, especially if the system is at overload in peak, the pioneers got it right.
Found a diagram link http://www.asa.transport.nsw.gov.au/sites/default/files/asa/railcorp-legacy/disciplines/rollingstock/toc-track-diagrams.pdfIt's not too much of an issue, only real issue is that there will not be dual up and down right hand crossovers between Lidcombe and Granville. They will have to make use of the single right hand crossovers intended for Lidcombe loop.

Unusual move into Campbelltown is afternoon that I don't recall having happened before in my many years of commuting. Macarthur terminating train comes in to p2 of Campbelltown to drop passengers. This happens a lot when the train is terminating and going straight to the yards, but not to keep going through to Macarthur. Didn' t see whether it continued on the normal up mains track in reverse or moved back to the down mains on the southern end of the station only to cross back over at Macarthur. The normal p3 drop off for macarthur trains was blocked by a silver set that had previously terminated and was sitting there with doors closed, no guard visible.
This may seem obvious, but anyway, if you go behind Aldi on George Street, North Strathfield, there are construction works for the Nth Strathfield Rail Underpass right at the back of the Aldi, what are they doing?
Has anybody else noticed that the Tangara's are having their numbers replaced lower on the sides; and much of them are put on crooked. I know it's trivial but it bothers me that people changing the numbers can't put them on at least level with each other.
Also with the Tangaras, I've noticed some have now got full-width vestibule connections between carriages; Is this a trial or a replacement being roll-out across the fleet?
Cheers

Police patrols will be intelligence driven, meaning officers will be at locations identified as hotspots for either criminal activity or anti-social behaviour.
Collection of notes from this morning's commute:
* K70 is fresh out of what looks like a major overhaul going in to campbelltown - fresh sparkly paint on everything, including what look like new bogies
* 6 car endeavour set parked on platform 1 at East Hills. Probably the casualty from last night's flooding at Bardwell Park. However that meant the usual two morning starters from there were not going to happen.
* Flooding left quite a lot of debris in and around the tracks along Bardwell Park area.
