Well done Plan B. Over to you.

If you pick up a hot expensive necklace you might get this.

They are both good answers but I was thinking of gold (i.e. expensive) rather than the necklace when I wrote the question.

So Auburn is the correct answer and the baton returns to Retromelb.

Cheers Plan B.

Go nuts on the sink.

Could be point.

Could also be square ( I would have bolded this new clue if there was some indication of how to do it now.)

Box Hill?  (could be a pointy hill, could be a square box)
  Valvegear Oliver Bullied, CME

Location: Richmond Vic
Not Box Hill or Ormond.

Could be point.

Could also be square

Next: Might be deep.
  duttonbay Minister for Railways

Sounds a bit like an offside fielding position. Cover can be cover point, square or deep, but I can't think of anything using that word. Gully sometimes stands very wide, almost at point, and can be square or deep. What about Ferntree Gully?
