Phil, you don't always get responses from companies regarding their infrastructure. If you have been waiting more than a few weeks, then it's likely that you're not going to get a response, let alone one with details. Have you got photos of the route, and some basic info on signals given to you by the diagrams/pictures you've used to design the route? If so, that's probably all you need. No MSTS route is perfect. If you stay so focused on getting every detail correct, then you'll probably never end up getting a route finished and released.

Regarding the signals, it's not always easy to find guides relating to signal positions let alone getting them from the operator of the line you're attempting to model. Google Earth can tell you where some signals are, and the shadows might help a bit as well.

BTW Expost, pressing ctrl and z together can undo the last action you did on your computer. If I'm typing a long post or email, I often back it up in a text document on my computer

G'day ARG, thanks for letting me know I haven't been waiting long to hear back from either Queensland Rail or Aurizon

So far both Queensland Rail and Aurizon have been very helpful with another request I asked about so I don't expect them to give me anything but if they can it be terrific Smile As for photos I haven't got anything but I should be able to resource them through ARHS QLD

I understand that mate Smile I have no intention of making any of my routes perfect all I want to do is give it my best at completing my routes and feel proud when they become available

G'day everyone,

Sadly I haven't heard from Queensland Rail or Aurizon but I expected this and I haven't heard from the ARHS
in Queensland but I am getting rather impatient so I will have to take my request to ask here for some help please guys

I really need some photos or plan drawings of signals (both steam and modern era types), station buildings and overhead gantry photos or plan drawings because I plan to make a complicated kit of QR and NSW Gantry packs

If anyone can help with these photos or plan drawings this would be terrific and very helpful ^v^

G'day everyone,

I apologise I have neglected this thread for some time now I have been rather busy and I had to find some better Google imaging
which was very successful

The route has now been extended to Rocklands north coast line section, which covers one curve away from Rockhampton in the north and one curve away from Midgee in the south

Since successfully obtaining the QLD Globe KML file from the Queensland government website, I can now realign all the track markers and correctly place the points for Tunnel, Edungalba and Wallaroo as well as add the curve deviations or where the loop line separates and returns at Tunnel and east of Boolburra, all other deviations like that are within the route already but I never seen the others due to Google Earth's image data

Once these are all fixed, I will begin the regrade the entire route add roads and then scenery objects
I cannot make all the scenery objects all by myself so I'm hoping that someone out there would like to help 3d model the Blackwater line railway stations that are currently in use today and if any closed railway stations still exsists on the line would also be appreciated and other general scenery objects will become useful

I alreay have Queensland speedpost, gantries or otherhead equipment whichever you'd like to call them and I have buffer stops to go within this route... At this stage I'm not calling for help just yet because alot of things can happen between now and the time I do complete this route

G'day everyone,

I keep forgetting to post updates, I apologise for the inconvenience Sad

This route is still progressing slowly, however due to the lack of information I need to 3d model the station buildings, signals and other scenery objects I will be finishing it off with whatever scenery objects I can find and 3d model to make it feel like a Queensland route as long as some scenery objects of NSW won't offend the Queenslander hahaha Razz

I am currectly extending the route to Gladstone (South of Parana) on the North Coast line and short sections of the following lines will be added for the Moura line, (The line from) Mt Miller, East End branch and (The line from) Bajool to the route

I will not be including Rockhampton, sorry guys lol
