Haven't had a chance to see it run yet, but I'm hopeful that it will run smooth.
I set it up on a small diorama I made and used Photoshop to do a focus stack. Turned out looking pretty good!
Just picked up a new P class from Auscision, very happy so far with the details and quality.Lovely diorama! Shame about the moulding seam on the tree though

Great diorama Luke. I've watched a few of your videos and they are great. Well done.It should not be noisy Tawney. I think their are a few problems, but give Auscision a ring.
No, the P class is not DCC.
I bought a pair and one of them makes noise running in one direction. Has anyone had noise issue running them?
Certainly have to get a pair of V/Line P classes, bread and butter on the Melton/Bacchus Marsh run...I am pretty sure that the Harris cars were talked about two years ago by modellers, and it was thought that Auscision would "obviously" do them with the P Class.
"Unfortunately" they'll both have to have a sound chip in them haha
Which reminds me, was Auscision doing the H sets? Or am I thinking of the wrong crew?

I am pretty sure that the Harris cars were talked about two years ago by modellers, and it was thought that Auscision would "obviously" do them with the P Class.I'm sure they were too, in plastic RTR. That makes sense of course, P's need a H set behind them!
I did a quick search and cannot find any announcements from Auscision, although FB might hide one?
Anyway going on past associations, I doubt if a Harris set is going to come anytime soon The rumoured P class took over 2 years, didn't it?
The only chance we have of getting them quickly, is if they are part of the announced "many unannounced" models that were just waiting for a slot at the factory.
I guess Austrains PL cars and the C van prove that we can be surprised
Cheers

Holy Molly!!!Haha, oh I've heard of Trainbuilder, sighed as I've perused their displays year after year at Caulfield etc.
I'd never heard of "Trainbuilder" before so I googled them and had a look at their stuff....
It's gonna be a very long time before I can afford to get anything from them!
The Hitachi Suburban Electric looks fantastic! It reminds me of catching the train to school every morning from Eltham!
I can only dream!........ I have a new 15cm by 25cm diorama for sale, it's a dirt road scene and I did a YouTube video about it..... it's only $1650.... any takers?
Not sure that post means much though. It is the original "Spark" that is on offer. However the Auscision 2006 wish list just says Harris Cars, so that is obviously (to me anyway) pointing at the regional loco hauled sets rather than Electric sets.
