    FOR SALE: I have two NSWGR "JHG" guards vans. HO scale.

    These were built from kits in the last 12 months or so and have AR Kits bogies with metal wheel sets as well as Kadee couplers (screwed NOT glued). The couplers have the metal "tangs" removed.

    They are both weathered with a wash of light brown colour but have no decals.

    I'm asking for $55- each plus postage or $100- plus postage if you want to buy both of them.

    Hi all.
    Firstly am selling all my VR locos and rolling stock, building, trees and model cars.Does anyone know if there are any members in the UK, used to be a club but thats closed down.     I have some Trains magazines and Model Railroader magazines for sale from the following years:
    - Trains magazine - 2003 to 2013, almost all issues during this period (the occasional one is missing, but would be only two or three over this eleven year period)
    - Model Railroader - 2002, 2004 to 2013, as above on missing issues, only two or three over the whole period.

    I am chasing $150 for each set (each year is in plastic folders), or $250 for the lot. I am also sure that somewhere in the shed I also have Trains magazines from mid-1993 through to the end of 2002, but I can't seem to find the storage tub with them in. If I manage to find it prior to sale, I can add that decade of magazines for another $100.

    Feel free to make an offer though, I will entertain any reasonable one (and even unreasonable ones).

    I have some OO scale trains and track for sale, including:
    • Bachmann J39 steam loco - $80
    • Hornby J83 steam loco - $70
    • Mainline 4-wheel wagons (7 of) - SOLD
    • Bachmann 4-wheel wagons (3 of) - SOLD
    • Hornby 4- wheel wagons (2 of) - SOLD
    • Unknown bogie coach - $5
    • Peco code 100 nickel silver flex track - SOLD
    • Peco rail joiners - 3 packs metal and one insulated - SOLD
    • Peco small radius points (4 left hand and 4 right hand) - $12 each (used)


    The locos are hardly run, and they move nice and slowly and smoothly, with the J83 managing to get around first radius curves if needed. The J39 can manage them around half the time, but will derail on less than second radius. The wagons are in great condition, and the track is second had and used, but still in good condition for use. The rail joiners are new, and I have no idea where the bogie coach comes from (left over from about twenty years ago).
