I have seen the consist stabled at Tottenham Yard every morning after the dates listed above. The G has led the VL every time and yes, with the wagons that El Zorro used and I'm pretty sure it's unloaded in Melbourne rather than Geelong.

The el zorro wagons would be from their AWB work I would assume?

Weren't those rakes commissioned and owned by AWB circa 2010?

If so are they still owned by AWB or were they sold on after the El Cheapo fiasco?

I'm not sure who owns what, but AWB Grainflow is now Cargill. They have one, or two, rakes on hire in NSW.

3 BG QUBE trains have ran on 23, 25 & 27th Feb all to Nullawill. Great to see competition

I had heard that this week

Any idea of the power?

As stated below, G512 & VL356 been running the AWB/ Cargill rake of hoppers (not sure if they still own them or not). All to Appleton Dock.

Apparently today Qube has its BG grain train collecting a load in Birchip with G512, S313, B76 & T395.  Nice lash up, described affectionately on Facebook as the "Antiques Roadshow".

Gotta get all that grain out before the line is shutdown between August and December for SG conversion.

I think most of the Qube grain trains are going via Bacchus Marsh.

I'll just go off topic here a bit with a NSW working. It seems that the two MZ's that are usually on 4112 (Carrington to Botany) have been replaced by two RL's (309 and 303). I wonder if this is just a short term change or if it will stay this way? The past two days have had them and today as well probably.

Could be a myriad of reasons.

RL309/RL303 were working southern grain last week. Maybe there's a pause in that (QUBE) contract, maybe they've been replaced on that by the Helga's or QBXs.

Loco rostering is a bit of a merry-go-round at the moment.

SSR will perform a bogie exchange between two operational Standard Gauge T Class locos and two non-operational Broad Gauge P Class locos at Seymour.

The SG P Class locos will then be moved to Ettamogah Rail Hub for storage.

A waiver to the conditions of the ARTC TOC Manual is issued for the hauled movement of locomotives P19 & P21 from the Vic-NSW Border (Albury) to Ettamogah Rail Hub.
