A quick update on our 1720 joint project with Wuiske Models. As you can see the volume production of these engines is well advanced. Unfortunately against our hopes to get this engine out in late 2016 some problems in production have delayed things a bit and we are looking at needing a bit longer to release the model. We can not put an exact release date out as although we would like to, until final checks and approvals are done at the factory we will not allow the models to leave. The delay will also be amplified by Chinese New Year but we are still working as quickly as possible without allowing substandard models to be released and we are confident the delay will be more likely measured in weeks or at most months rather than years.

Available to order now (actually, since Monday)!  My wallet-breaking order has been placed.  Now to wait about two weeks until the shipment lands.

And yes, when I ordered earlier this week, the Wuiske's still had some egg-and-lettuce locos left.  But get in quick.

I paid for mine by Direct Deposit, so haven't been sent a receipt yet.

According to BookFace, at least one person has received theirs.  I haven't yet got any correspondence, or a reply to a phone call.  Hopefully the Wuiske Asylum is just too busy packing everything up and loading up the postie to respond to calls, and everything is in good order.

And they're on the way!
Got a call from Adam yesterday, and later in the day I got an email saying my order has been despatched.
So hopefully they'll be here tomorrow and I can start my captive breeding program.
