That's one of the export stockpiles obviously adjacent to the rail. B-doubles bring in the logs where they are unloaded by a wheeled excavator type machine that has a cabin that rises so the operator can see the top of the stack. When a ship arrives, specialised off road trucks and trailers carry the logs to the wharf for loading. There's a bit of double handling.
There's some interesting goings on around the Port. I'll get a few pics and post them in the Lounge forum as they're not really rail related.
