I honestly can't think of any other versions of the Hitachi other than the one available on trainsim.com
Maybe we could try to assit you with the problem you are having to get it working?

As for the Parcels Tait, I do believe this is only available within the Team-ALCO Tait's pack
I am not sure how to order it from Team-ALCO directly, but eBay should have Team-ALCO's packs available

The error code "0xc0000005" you are talking about is a Windows Permission's error, You will need to contact Microsoft to help you repair the problem. Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au "note en-au, is an Australian version of the Microsoft website you may need to select your correct region and language"

I didn't provide you a solution, I am saying that you need to contact Microsoft to fix the problem!

Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/contactus/

Type in: need help with error code 0xc0000005, and click next
Select your product "Windows" and select your issue "Technical Support"

Scoll down the page and choose either for Microsoft to call you back later at a set time or chat live with a technical support worker
remember chat live is open at 9 am so you will be disconnected if you do it before that time...

From there, Microsoft will see how they can help you further this would mean that Microsoft must be able to gain access to your computer through remote connection and fix the problem you are having and once that is done your computer is fixed and you are able to have administration rights of your computer

You should peronally contact Microsoft to fix the problem relating to the error code 0xc0000005
as they will fix it for you, as you don't have administration rights to your computer since it would be used by another source

Try this solution, go into Control Panel, Open Action Center
click Security and turn off "And yes, turn it off" the User Account Control "UAC" don't use that software as required to silence the UAC, once it is turned off you will have full control and administration rights over the use and editing of your files on your computer

I had to turn off my UAC so that TSM "Train Sim Modeler" can auto-save backups as the same with everything else I use for 3d modelling

If turning off the UAC helps you that is great, but you still need to contact Microsoft to fix the problem or the other option is to backup all your files and folders and then reinstall Windows and Drivers and then turn off that freakin UAC in Control Panel
