First of all, all business owners do have access to funds! Incase you didn't know, the funds are for relocating if required OR as required by lease ended or if they need to relocate for any other reasons such as road works, light rail construction or anything else as an emergency, also business owners has funds for covering some cost up front for fire damage "which some business owners tends to burn their own shop to the ground to get insurance! It's very well known"! and cost to cover damaged or stolen goods including cost to cover repair works to their shop
So therefore business owners can afford to relocate!
YES, it does mean that "Don't cry over spilt milk also means don't spit the dummy" same term doofus! Just different ways of saying the phase! Go to school you might learn something!!!
Well, the reason why the Newcastle Heavy Rail Corridor was ripped up! The plan was to "REVIVE" Newcastle CBD! Excluding the light rail, mind you! This was going to include a university to be built, more shops, high rise buildings "a fatal clause if you ask me for a town that's NEVER fully recovered from an earthquake" can't remember when exactly it happened, but if you know what Google is search it up! Including the so-called revive Newcastle CBD for more information about the project to remodel Newcastle's CBD
Why do you think that all of the business owners voted to rip up the heavy rail corridor in the first place! The simple answer is the revive the Newcastle CBD project "As stated above, excluding the light rail project" as the light rail project currently getting built, was not part of the revive Newcastle's CBD project and plus the developers needed the waterfront view so getting rid of the heavy rail corridor was their first intention and now that a light rail project has started this is causing more headaches to even begin the revive Newcastle's CBD project, in other words it's delayed!!!
