Why do they do it ,. Not much around in my day but then we all got the Dole and the CES got you a job. Australia was a community not a classed Country.

Wondering if it was the graffiti that got them the jail term or the fact they placed debris on the tracks to stop trains that did.

Mind you, both deserve jail.
