Now these would be perfect for Albury and Bendigo and Bairnsdale.  These look like good quaility and good interiors.

Also would be nice on the Queensland runs for daylight services between Maryborough and Brisbane etc.

Too good for us we would need 20 years to redesign and downgrade them for BG. Rolling Eyes
Apart from that they run on electrickery so would have to stop when the grid overheated/overloaded - no need for WOLOs in that case however.

But seriously guys there is a market for a upmarket service for those business travelers who are wanting to travel and work on the way. One size does not fit all and we need to start thinking like this to encourage business travelers out of their cars and into trains.

Completely agree Bevans, once the price of oil goes up and airline fares increase people will be more tempted to travel by train. Better ammenities (for this century) would be icing on the cake.
