Network issues causing load times to extend

Not sure if this is also a part of the problem but it cases longer to login these days what a month ago.

Looking at the online users there is always between 250 and 300 online could this be just busy or is Same issue with networking ?
freightgate

The problem is very much intermittent now with new internet capacity on order.

There is certainly a lot of inbound and outbound traffic on the site with many people viewing.  This is not contributing to the problem directly.

Please let me know if any users are having problems today as a lot of attack traffic seems to have disappeared.

Pretty speedy at present.

You seem to keep changing your mind as to the cause, code issues, network issues, attack traffic...

Hi. I am.

I have been frustrated.  I have engaged the developers who have not been able to start work until these issues have been fixed.

The network was the problem.  It was attack traffic. This caused a lot of retries for the network and the servers and then caused high load for the servers,  I am buying a new switch (upgrading) and new internet capacity of 400 meg into the platform.  Tghis will enable all the software upgrades etc to work.

I am not convinced it's one issue... I would rather suspect there are several issues.

Works alright on the computer, but still unable to open on my phone.   Always get one of the outage messages.

Thanks.  There ares still issues although not as many and your phone probably has a cached version of the page.  The changes we are making now will be the largest we have ever done including the development.  Stay tuned and thanks for your patience.

Appreciate that but login times are still too long and there is still packet loss.  I am working through the final issues and I can see traffic has dropped off.

Generally much faster, but still slow in patches.

Edit: took around 60 secs to post the above.

I have to agree while wanting to make a reply to something I can make a cup of coffee almost and finish that before the page fully loads. A lot of times you still get the outage page due to too many connections when there is hardly anyone on at all though.
