Probably a silly question!

      YM-Mundrabilla Minister for Railways

    Location: Mundrabilla but I'd rather be in Narvik
    When using RP I see the number '2' in a red square at the RH end of the black ribbon at the top of the RP screen.
    What is this and what does it do and/or indicate, please?

    Otherwise RP is running like snail again.

    I think that means you have 2 PMs, or notifications. What happens if you click on it?

    Unfortunately the little red box on my system isn't working properly. It flickers with no number in sight.

    Also "Agree" and "Disagree" buttons, etc., not working as well.

    "New forum posts" works.

    But not "Forums."

    Time Range- Last 7 days
    Click box next to Browsing History (to deselect it as it defaults to selected)
    Click box next to Cached images and files (to select it)
    Clear Data

    Works Smile Ctrl-H etc on Chrome puts number into Little Red Box, also Agree & Disagree buttons work. Thx.

    "Forums" button is also working.

    I find that Ctrl-F5 does the trick, rather than just F5 by itself.

    Many thanks DC... for your help. I am OK if I can hear and see the machinery but electrickery and PCs scare me.

    Seems might be the same thing that I have already been doing from time to time ???????

    • Left click and hold on back arrow (top LH corner of Chrome)
    • Show full history comes up
    • Clear browsing history
    • Browsing history / Download history / Cached images and files (default)
    • Clear data

    Does this do the same thing, perhaps please? If so I might have unknowingly achieved the desired end result already.Rolling Eyes
