Your are only half correct K160, it is a signal box but not North Geelong C Box.

I was never a station.

-I have never had a passenger platform

I am not a RMSP

I have both broad- and standard-gauge railway pass by the signal box.

I was the last location in Victoria to operate a Tyers Tablet machine as it was replaced by large electric staff.

Message received duttonbay ,I wouldn’t use a suburban location on purpose . “The Weekly Notice Extracts” book notes that on the 31-3-1960 the Tyers Tablet was replaced by Large electric staff between    Brooklyn A and Sunshine.

At the mystery location, “The Weekly Notice Extracts” notes that on the 17-12-1961 the Tyers Tablet was replaced by Large electric staff between   ? and ?   .

Seymour A?  I'm a bit confused, but I think it was known as Seymour B when the Tyers tablet was replaced by electric staff.

It is not Seymour A.  You are correct it was known as Seymour B when the Tyers tablet was replaced by miniature electric staff in 1913               .
Clue
When bridge strengthening works were carried out across the nearby river in the 1950s, the broad gauge and the standard gauge lines were slewed across each other to form a gauntlet track. (one track running with in another track)

I am a closed station on a closed line.

I closed in the early 1990's but then had a rebirth on a tourist railway.

Ruby

I'm not convinced I'm right in saying Ruby.  The line fits the other clues inasmuch as it closed to normal traffic in the 1990s , and the Nyora-Leongatha section (later shortened to Loch-Leongatha) operated for a few years as a tourist railway (the only line that comes to mind as having been closed in that decade and later resurrected), and there was a station named Ruby on that line - the only station in that area that could be said to have a female name.  The trouble is that although I rode the Redhen a couple of times, I can't recall the resurrection of Ruby as a station.  There may have been a nameboard to mark the spot.
