Hi all,

Did any one get any photos of my 48's in Canberra on Tuesday    7 / 2?

Don't forget me!

It beats me why they can't do a major service at DELEC! Must be incompetent. Can't use silastic to do a major inspection. I don't know. X50 went to Canberra tonight on 1293.

To set the record straight, X50 was going to Junee for a major inspection but never made it due to the incompetence of the shift supervisor at Enfield yard and the fact that there has been problems wi ...

Hate to disappoint you but there are no artc shunters at sandown.

Hey Grantham, wait till i get the tens in MU!  Very Happy

P.N does haul a passenger train, it's called the Indian Pacific. 8)  As for bailing off the independent brake its "Horses for Courses!" Its all in the tecnique you use to drive a road.

I Hate to be a party pooper but the word from head office is that the XR and C's will be used exclusively by intermodal which leaves the oil trains and everything else out of the picture. Besides a go ...

Is it an electric fridge or air opperated?

Why would they need to maintain there original weight? It would be a waist of traction power to lug a driving/crew car around that weighed around 130 tonnes! Madness! Confused

Spot on ozibob! In most cases it is quite possible to bring a freight train to a stand quietly. And also possible to leave just as quiet. All comes down to road knowledge and experience. 8)
