T65 was one of the sets with the upgraded Diaphragm, however I believe there is another set, possibly on Sector 1.

That is wherw you are wrong. All ECRL signals are multi lense, there is no signals in the chatswood "tunnel". And the multi colour signal on P3 isn't a starting signal.

A check on ARTC doc TA400017 shows that was is the term for the old loop, its been removed. There,s only the McIntyre loop and Passing lane 1.
Is passing lane 1 operational yet?
