I was just wondering if Ballarat could have a 3rd station? Geelong has a population of 239003 and has 8 stations in its surburban boundary. Warrnambool has 35256 people and 2 station ...

We could have the light rail go over the Yarra, and then around Fishermans Bend.

You could actually replace it with Light Rail and have Light Rail go all the way out to Point Cook via Sanctuary Lakes.
