Is there a rough schedule that the Iron Ore trains operate to between Whyalla and Iron Knob??..

Unless I've missed something there hasn't been a Qube grain from Nullawil since the last week of April. There's been quite a few scheduled since then but AFAIK every one since has been cancelled.
