Ak set, behind JH 48, 8am today at Uranquinty. Just heard at 10pm something heading north, sounded like 554 inter tractor very sick possible light engine.

Had a great trip to melbourne, even the change to the bus was ok at Broadmeadows. Better than driving and parking.

Just a side note,

Is the xpt still running to Melbourne on Friday 27th

?

Someone told me it got some damage on Tuesday in the storms and passengers had to get bused to Sydney?

Well we now have a work site office, lots of safety tape, so things look like there starting

Out of interest, where does the exhaust and inlet exit?

is it at the top?

if so do they cover these when stored and what stops the rain getting in?
