Stabling of  empty passenger trains at Arden Street is scheduled to commence next Monday 30th June, the same day the 1712 Bacchus Marsh pass returns. 3 x N locos and 2 x VN sets will be the victims.

The train involved was the 1208 Ararat service & it struck a power line near the Kerrs Rd Level Crossing which had somehow come adrift from it's usual supports & dropped down to be just above  ...

The service that the complained about being overcrowded - was the 0518 Up Bendigo, with 3 x Sprinters instead of 2 x Vlocitys, there are 280 Seats on the 2 Vlocitys, so replacing it with 3 x Sprinters ...

I've actually read the new fares guide and nowhere in it does it state that bikes are banned on V/Line train services. It may be just over zealous conductors that have not read the fares guide trying  ...

No they're Connex drivers.

Indeed they are.  Some from central locations and some based at Frankston, but V/Line drivers they are not.
