45 Great Southern sets were made available to purchase at midnight, only 13 now left (6 sold in the last hour). They'll all be gone before the day is over.

Doesn’t look like your prediction will pan out, still 10 available with an hour left in the day.

Seems as though 6 versions of the NR have sold out pre-delivery:

Auscision NR Class Page

All other models are 'Call to order', presumably meaning there is very limited numbers left.

And the winner of "guess the missing code" was:
APS-23 IP Mk4 BRG platinum sleeper single carriage.

APS-24 GHAN Mk5 BRG platinum sleeper single carriage.
Available now from TrainWorld in Brighton, vic for $150ea. I assume they'll appear on the AM website soon.

News update on facebook:
Thought we would share some photos of our next HO Scale Wagon project, while we are busy posting out all of the B Class Locomotive pre-orders. We are hoping to have all orders posted out by late next week just in time for Christmas delivery.

Our next NSW wagon project will include the following versions: NDCH & NDMX Spoil Wagons, NDXF Sleeper Wagon, NQJX Spoil Bin Wagon & NQJX Container Wagon.

Further details and orders forms will be available early in 2021.

Our NR Class shipment & Indian Pacific MK4, The Ghan MK5, Southern Spirit & Great Southern passenger Car order balance, should arrive late December. (all ships delayed out of Hong Kong, due to extra capacity at the ports in Sydney) We will work hard to get all the pre-orders out early in January.

600 Class, Tait Sets & Tanagras are all expected to arrive early in 2021. (unfortunately delayed due to Auscision having so many different complex model variations currently on the production line at once)

I received notification from Australia Post stating that they have a package from Auscision for me, and I am guessing that it is the B Class that I ordered.

What part of Aus?
We used to be part of Albury postal district (Wodonga) and got Auscision parcels next day. However some moron earned his massive bonuses before he skipped, by un-linking us and now we wait three days longer, that is parcels stay on truck at Albury and then go via Sunshine then Seymour before returning to Wodonga. In the meantime a postal truck brings Albury mail to Wodonga, near empty.
So lets see if it arrives next Wednesday or Thursday?  Christmas? may be best to bet on Monday week  Ha Ha

Me too, B class, collecting tomorrow.
Melbourne east.

Unfortunately I don’t see any surprise unannounced versions either.
Wouldn’t have minded B76 or B80 in Orange and Grey.

B class arrived. They run very nice.

With that standard of product, here’s  hoping they look at doing the 2nd and 3rd series X.

Getting to like the working marker lights compared to the pad print of older times.

Figured I’d ask.

And on close examination the wheel profile, large coupler, and relative size of molding flash and die release mark under end roof indicate this is an N scale wagon!

NHFF's were the first release from Auscision.  BGKF's are NHFF's with roofs added, so one can safely assume that if N scale BGKF's are being done then we'd see NHFF's at the same time. And given the bigger (pun intended) HO market we can probably expect to see revamped NHFF's and BGKF's in HO too.

Hopefully this year is the year of Auscision N scale.  I'm going to need to extend the layout, N scale is almost begging for longer rakes of these behind the NRs.

Has anyone experienced broken nose handrails on their NR models?
One of mine is okay, but the other has it broken on the drivers side.
Looks like maybe a blob of CA will heal it, but they seem quite a fragile item.

Cheers,
TM.

Why would they post stuff there? and particularly, why not re-post on face poop?
How many apps do you have to load these days?
Not one more!

Because, ugh, insert whatever dumb name for Facebook you can think of that makes you feel better, compresses the heck out of videos despite their 'High Definition' settings. Instagram doesn't go so far allowing atleast sounds to be closer to reality.

Interesting choice they picked the NHFF/SSR grain hoppers over something to pair with the NRs but news does suggest there's a number of models coming.

Auscision and AustralianModeller have been posting on Instagram for many years, often putting "quick" pics of recent samples there as soon as they're unboxed, then a few days later the more professional looking (posed, well lit) pics appear on facebook and web blog. Instagram has also been used to announce special deals such as 20% flash sales not mentioned by them elsewhere.

Instagram is part of the Facebook empire and Auscision, like any progressive company, wisely uses all social media avenues to maximise brand exposure. We've known about the N scale NR project for a year+, and the BGKF sample was posted on Facebook not that long ago. The Instagram post offers nothing overly exciting from the unknowns beyond confirmation the NHFF is also being released which was a no-brainer as the BGKF is a NHFF with lid added.
