    Thanks, Gman_86.  I recall riding a train when I was 13 that stopped at Bungaree, hustled through Parwan, Gordon, Wallace and Dunnstown and crept through Warrenheip.  (I don't remember whether Millbrook was open at that time.)  Golden days!

    Enough reminiscence - down to business:

    I am a station on a closed branch line.

    I was neither a terminus nor a junction.

    I closed before the line did.

    At most I had a passenger platform with a spur siding.  The spur was removed very early in my history.

    There seems to have been a bit of trouble with the website in the last few days.

    Not Axedale Racecourse.

    Further clue:  I was close as a station in the late 1960s/early 1970s and downgraded to an R.M.S.P.  I closed completely after the railmotor service was withdrawn a few years later.

    This teaser isn't getting much interest, or perhaps people are waiting for a further clue.

    All right, here's a summary.  These, I find, generally get results.

    I am a station on a closed branch line.

    I was neither a terminus nor a junction.

    Further clue:

    I have something in common with both High Camp and Axedale Racecourse in that I have a two-word name.  Or rather at least I did until I became R.S.M.P. something-or-other.
