Did you append :8000 to the end of it? Did you do any research at all?!

Can you see the server on 8000?
bevans
Yes, which is why I posted that in the thread in developers. Hence my point, append :8000 to the end of the URL.

Icecast.
X'Trapolis-904M

You need to connect the server which is stream.railpage.org using the username source and the password I provided.

The default stream is:

http://stream.railpage.org:8000/live.mp3 I believe

I have been unwell. This isn't a priority to me. Life would be a whole lot easier if X'Trapolis-904M could be bothered doing some research. There is a tonne of documentation for IceCast.

@8077

It's only coming back for the strike next friday.

Hi everyone.

The feed is making a comeback next friday 21/8/15 for one day.

It will come live at 7:30am and will go offline at 9:00pm.
This will cover footy traffic and the strike and i will add platform staff channels in the stream.

Hey guys.

The train strike has been canceled Train strike cancelled article on 3AW.com.au

The tram strike has not been canceled but i will update you when more news comes in.

When i said the feed was coming on i was going to include the V/Line platform and signal box to train channels but i have removed the channels from the feed.

If there is another train strike the feed will come on.

Why can't we have the feed now?
  X'Trapolis-904M Deputy Commissioner

There is no platform right now for it that I can use.

We have the platform on this site but either it's a system bug or it's somebody is locking me out.

Right I'm using ustream and that's a video platform not a audio only one.

If I do host my own server it is likely that my ISP will cut my throat for me using too much bandwidth.
