IIRC, both sidings were only simple spurs (both trailing for a down movement) off No. 3 road and I'm fairly sure they both served chaff mills.
The one at the up end was Barrie Bros. Sdg while the down end one was Dixon Bros Sdg until 1924 when renamed Ebbot Kerby Sdg.
I still recall seeing the rails in place to the down end siding into the early 1980s. No. 3 road was completely removed in 1987.
