Thanks don, yes I was aware of the ownership of the station, the Wimmera MailTimes or similar had run several stories over the years, either about the Rupanyup or the station. There was several photo's of the building, both inside and out, the ceiling had fallen in, in some rooms, but as mikesyd says, she would still be structurally sound, but bloody junk everywhere. I actually went prowling around the building, one day while on safari and there was a couple of old Merc sedans on what would have been the platform, under the verandah as seen in picture 2 of mikesyd's.
There seems to be quite a few people who buy old building's, like this or a pub, manse or similar, that was once a building of significance, never do anything with it besides watch it fall to pieces.
While I'm doing some advertising for Rupanyup, here are a couple more links to which are familiar to Rup.
From the Wimmera MailTimes;

If your cruising around the Eastern part of the Wimmera, pull into Rupanyup and have a snoop around
Nice pictures, too mikesyd.
