    Have we seen any rail delays with the heat in NSW?
    Some freights, and some X.P.T services have been delayed, or canned due to the fires.

    Would this also effect Freights?

    Don;t think there is anything running north of Newcastle on the North Coast line.

    As a result of bushfires on the North Coast, NSW TrainLink has cancelled some coach and rail services. View affected services by clicking the link below. Please delay any non-essential travel in this region and contact NSW TrainLink on 13 22 32 for critical travel enquiries.
    NSW Transport

    Seems all NSW Trainlink services to Moree, Grafton and Brisbane and Casino have all been stopped and replaced by road coaches.
