After being stowed out at Narrabri for a few days due to Trackwork in the Hunter Valley, Aurizon grain train 5456 arrives into Port Waratah ready to discharge it's load of grain.
Ex Queensland Rail 2800 class 3215 which was 2815 when on Narrow Gauge, leads former Interail 42107. 42107 was well known as being used on Trip trains in Sydney, and the occassional job on interstate trains. It was transferred to the Newcastle Grain division earlier in 2016. Besides doing route knowledge for crews, this would be the first time it's been known to go out on an Export grain train.
The train also features recently transferred West Australia grain hoppers, now labelled as AGUY wagons.
