Our aim is to have data from every locomotive used in Australia. Our data contains information such as:

• Dates - built, restored, owner changed, withdrawn, scrapped
• Builders - set at the locomotive class level, but overridden if need be by individual locos (eg where the order was spread across different builders)
• Owners
• Operators / caretakers
• Gauge
• Status - scrapped, stored, under restoration, etc
• Name (if applicable)
• Notes

Each loco class will have a photo, and where possible each locomotive will have a photo. If you want to add your photos to the Locos database, make sure you

1. Upload them to Flickr
2. Tag them appropriately
3. Add them to the Railpage Australia group
