Scrapped at Lithgow. Exact date unknown, information indicates "late October".
Damaged in the Back Creek accident when 3835 empty grain hit a semi-trailer that failed to stop at the level crossing. Locomotives 8147, 48106 and 48155 were irreparably damaged in the collision.
