In order to implement the Rail Baltica project, various procurement procedures are planned, which are related to the ordering of works, services as well as the supply of materials. To achieve the best outcome, we are hereby conducting a market survey, to obtain input from potential bidders on the existing market situation, gather feedback on the current Rail Baltica procurement/contract terms and contract approaches. The questionnaire can be filled out here.
Please note that the poll is anonymous and you can submit your answers not only in English, but also in Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian (language can be changed in upper right corner of the form). The feedback will be reviewed to inform the planned procurement and contracting approaches. We look forward to receiving your answers to the questionnaire by 14 October 2020.
