Reason for service changes
We’re renewing tracks along La Trobe Street, between Spencer Street and King Street.
Route 30 trams run as Route 30a between Stop 12 St Vincent’s Plaza and Stop 6 Melbourne Central Station, Swanston Street. No trams run between Stop 5 Melbourne Central Station and Docklands.
City Circle trams run a shortened service, between Waterfront City Docklands and Stop 6 Melbourne Central Station, Swanston Street via Flinders Street, Spring Street and La Trobe Street.
Alternative travel options
During the works, trams will run to the normal frequency, however they may not arrive at the scheduled time due to traffic congestion. We recommend you allow extra time for your journey.
