Originally built as a narrow gauge unit for the Silverton Tramway Company in 1960 as their no.27, ownership of this ALCo DL531 passed to the South Australian Railway in February 1970 where it was renumbered 874 and transferred to standard gauge. These days it is back on narrow gauge, owned by Genesee & Wyoming Australia, has a chop nose and has been renumbered 907. Image taken on a lazy Sunday afternoon sometime in 1986.
